Mission Teams / Volunteer
God designed us with a strong desire to help others. A mission trip is all about working together as the body of Christ serving and loving communities. It’s about encouraging, uplifting and empowering locals. Although the true purpose of a mission trip is to maximize the name of Jesus, by sharing His Word.
Jesus makes a mission trip. We are to be His hands and feet. 1 Corinthians 12:27 says, “Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it.”
When it comes to mission trips, we need to lead with actions. Actions are defined by the purpose of your trip. May your purpose be let God’s light shine through you by caring about others. If you’re interested in visiting San Pedro Sula’s garbage dump, start a project to help this community and make an impact on someone’s life on a deeper level you should consider taking a mission trip.
